Who processes your data.

Requests about your data are answered within 30 days at the latest.

What we collect.

When you request a booking we collect the necessary details: name, email address, phone, stay dates and chosen package, along with technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, language).

We do not collect sensitive data. Your payment details are never stored on our servers; they are handled directly by our secure payment provider.

Why we process it.

Booking data is processed to perform the contract and pre-contractual steps (article 6.1.b GDPR). The journal mailing goes out with your consent (article 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.

Accounting records are kept because of a legal obligation (article 6.1.c).

Who we entrust data to.

Your data may be entrusted to technical providers acting on our behalf: website and database hosting, email delivery, payment handling. These providers are established in the EU or offer equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep data.

Booking data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the time required for payment handling. Accounting records are kept for the statutory periods. Proof of consent is kept until withdrawal.

After that the data is deleted.

Access, correction, erasure.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (articles 15–22 GDPR).

Write to hello@29n-10w.com; the request is handled within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Your right to complain.

You may at any time lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority where you live, without any prior formality.

Cookies and audience measurement.

We use a strictly limited set of cookies. Necessary cookies (session, storing your consent, security) are exempt from consent. Audience-measurement cookies are only activated after you consent through the cookie banner.
