Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The following applies:
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund (100%).
Between 14 and 29 days: 50% of the amounts paid refunded.
Fewer than 14 days: no refund (the full amount is retained).
No-show: no refund.
If the stay cannot go ahead because of force majeure (natural disaster, government travel ban, airport closure, war, civil unrest, health measures), an equivalent package, a rebooking or a full refund of the amounts paid is offered. No further compensation may be claimed.
A change (dates, package, number of participants) is requested in writing; we accommodate it subject to availability. Requests made fewer than 14 days before arrival are treated as a cancellation under the grid above.
Refunds are made through the same payment method used at booking. Any non-refundable bank transaction fees may be deducted.
29°N·10°W is a surf camp with full board in central Mirleft (Morocco), specialising in accommodation and surf and discovery trips. It is run as a premium guest house, licensed by the Souss-Massa regional tourism board.
