29°N·10°W organises and runs surf and discovery stays in central Mirleft (Morocco): accommodation, full board, guided surf instruction and travel to the surf spots. The return transfer from Agadir airport and yoga are offered as options, for a surcharge.
The terms apply to any adult booking a stay. Not included, unless stated otherwise: flights, personal expenses, insurance and medical costs.
A booking request is made through the website or by email. The booking becomes binding once a deposit of 20% of the stay price has been received; the balance is paid no later than 15 days before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or card.
A written confirmation with the details of the stay, the amounts and the practical terms is then sent.
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. More than 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 14 and 29 days: 50% of the amounts paid is refunded. Fewer than 14 days: the full amount is retained.
The detail is in the refund policy (/legal/refund-policy). Requests to change (dates, package, number of participants) are considered subject to availability.
Neither party is liable for a breach caused by an event beyond reasonable control: natural disaster, government travel ban, airport closure, war, civil unrest, health measures.
If 29°N·10°W cancels the stay for such a reason, an equivalent package, a rebooking or a full refund of the amounts paid is offered, with no further compensation.
29°N·10°W is responsible for the proper delivery of the services stated in the confirmation. No liability applies in case of force majeure, of the participant's own fault (safety instructions disregarded, inappropriate behaviour) or of the fault of an unrelated third party.
Surfing and water sports are undertaken at your own risk. Travel insurance (medical care, repatriation, liability, cancellation) is strongly recommended.
The governing law is that of the place of performance, Mirleft (Morocco). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the participant's home country apply where they are more favourable to them.
Complaints must be made in writing as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after the end of the stay. The parties first seek an amicable settlement.
Failing that, the courts of the surf camp's registered seat have jurisdiction; a different arrangement may apply if the participant's home country requires it. Contact: hello@29n-10w.com.
